Ombi version 3.0.4892 bug fix

There is a bug that when upgrading to 3.0.4892 the database doesn't get updated correctly and you end up with Ombi unable to search movies or make requests.

The fix is simple: delete OmbiExternal.db and restart ombi.

Finding the file is a bit tricky.
SSH to your seedbox
Login
ls -a (to show hidden files)
cd .apps
cd ombi
ls to (see the files)
rm OmbiExternal.db

then restart Ombi!
