We recently made some changes to our plex setup, which should allow to be proxied through cloudflare. However, we cannot risk our own account to be banned by cloudflare in order to do this.
However, if you have your own domain (you can easily buy one with less than 10$ per year) and you register it for free in cloudflare, you should theoretically be able to proxy your plex server through it.
