Some private trackers insist that you seed a torrent for a minimum period of time, regardless of ratio. Deluge supports automatically removing a torrent when it reaches a given ratio, but not after it has been seeded for some time period.

A Deluge plugin called AutoRemovePlus offers this, along with other useful enhancements.
