Plex Debrid

Add support for Plex Debrid;

This allows Real Debrid (and alternatives) to be used to cache Plex content through the use of an rClone mount. Movies/TV Shows are added to a watchlist (multiple sources supported) and this triggers a script which looks for the items, downloads them and hosts them using the Debrid service.

The Debrid folders are mounted to the Seedbox through rClone & allows Plex to see these folders to build libraries.

Content is removed after 14 days of not being watched.
