Support for incrond

'incrond' is like cron, but for inotify, i.e. it runs scripts triggered by filesystem events on a given path.

Very handy for post-processing a file that was just down- or up-loaded, if the software doing the transfer doesn't have scripting hooks built-in (or they're somewhat lacking).

Yes, it's a bit advanced, but very useful if you know what to do with it.
