Batbox & Plex

With the Bat Box you have 5 vCpu cores. What would be possible to stream with that? Like what bitrate could it play? And what if all users can directplay the content? So if I have a REMUX which every user can directplay, would 5 vCpu cores be enough? And if so, for how many streams at a time? And for 4K, I need the Vampire Box? Or would the Bat Box be sufficient if directplay can be managed for every user?
