Browsing the internet from the seedbox?

I wonder if there is a way to browse the internet from the seedbox without using the Wireguard VPN? (this is because I already use NordVPN for all my internet connections).
I was hoping that there was an app like "remote desktop" or anydesk that would get me to a browser on the seedbox.

The private tracker I use requires a static IP address for both searching the index (through a browser) and for downloading (with the rTorrent client).
