Button to enable API for browser extensions

Maybe I am just blind but I dont see the round button to click to enable the API key on my account in order to setup a browser ext. Could you please link to the page on which it should be located? I followed the instructions in the guide but I dont see the actual button displayed anywhere.

UPDATE: If I use the "Dont have an API key?" link that is present within the Chome extension it directs me to the following page which doesnt exist:
