Can't connect to seedbox or server via Filezilla

unfortunately I can´t connect to the seedbox via Filezilla, i.e. "421 Unable to read the indexed puredb file (or old format detected) - Try pure-pw mkdb".

Any ideas how to fix this or would it be solely in the hands of the admin?
