CLI for Deluge (deluge-console)

Hello,

Looking to connect to deluge on my seedbox from a command line interface. The goal is to see whether the torrent I just added has finished downloading or not without having to spin up the somewhat laggy local Deluge GUI.

What I've tried:
1. I can ssh into the instance, but deluge-cosnole refuses to connect:

Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1:58846 with reason: Connection refused
