Connect Plex with Radarr, Sonarr, Ombi and Lidarr Currently

Hello! Can you please give me a hand here.

I need to know how to connect PLEX to Radarr, Sonarr, Ombi and Lidarr.

Currently.

I already make some search... But doesn't work for me.

Also I try it some configuration by myself and didn't work either.

So please help me with current info to connect correctly.
