Core count

I'm trying to settle on what i should upgrade my seedbox to.
What is the core count per/plan?

Would a Vampire box suffice for plexing "low-quaility" 4k(aka 10-25 Mb/s)?

Edit: Network speed to your servers ain't an issue for me. So im just wondering if the CPU can handle it.
