Data redundancy/backups/SLA?

Hi there,

I was just wondering if there is any guarantee about data availability? Do you have backups/replication and any kind of SLA/SLO?

In terms of access/uptime, I don't mind things being best effort - seedboxes.cc gives HUGE resources for very cheap! However I'm thinking of using the OwnCloud feature and I don't want my data to disappear. In fact I want to use it as a backup so that if my house burns down and I lose all my hard drives, I know my data is backed up remotely. Is that possible?
