Deluge 2.1.1 Support ETA?

It looks like Deluge is no longer offering to downloads of 1.3.15. (https://deluge-torrent.org/) Has there been any movement on support for the new version of Deluge? I see that as far back as 2019 folks have been asking to jump to version 2.
