Downloaded files not showing up in seedbucket

I do have a ticket open for this but it's been near 12 hours and no response. I know people get busy etc...

The issue is rtorrent downloads said files but when going to Seedbucket, there is nothing in local files. It's probably an easy fix for support to do.

Incase anyone here is support the ticket number is RC-639464
