Filezilla transfer counts as upload?

Does transferring downloaded files from the seedbox to my PC with Filezilla count toward Upload? As I have hit my upload cap yesterday and since then my transfer rate speed is really slow.

Any traffic leaving your seedbox counts towards your upload traffic. So, if you are downloading FROM your seedbox TO your computer from FTP (using your filezilla for example) it will count towards your upload traffic. The only exception to this is Plex streaming.
