Hello!
Yes this is possible, however bear in mind that if you have already encrypted content (files and/or folders) in the drive whose encryption keys you wish to change, then you will no longer be possible to decrypt them. You will be essentially creating a second encryption within that folder/content and you will end up with mixed encrypted content.
Therefore, you must do the following process only if you haven't had anything encrypted yet to that gdrive.

If this is a folder whose encryption settings you wish to change:
Go to that encrypted folder, right click and choose "Encryption details". Afterwards, click "Remove existing encryption" (make sure you have a backup of those keys, just in case).
Once the lock icon disappears, right click and choose "Encrypt folder". At the context menu, under "Saved Settings", choose the encryption settings that other drive has so this one ends up with the exact same encryption settings/keys.
Note: You can check the saved encryption settings at your "Settings -> Drives"

If this is whole drive encryption whose encryption settings you wish to change:
Go to your "Settings -> Drives" and and click at the "Encryption details" link right under your Google drive. Choose to "Remove existing encryption" (make sure you have a backup of those keys, just in case). Afterwards, click at the "Encrypt" icon to set whole drive encryption and choose the last option ("Set up encryption using existing encryption settings")
