If I upgrade from a BatBox to a Gremlin Box do I get to keep the same seedbox I use? As in I dont have to reconfigure everything and reupload all of the movies for Plex on the server etc. ? Also how do I pay for more than 1 month at once?

We will copy all your data to the new seedbox so you do not have to worry about that. Please open a support ticket if you want to proceed to an upgrade or to pay more than 1 month.

Anyone? I got my next invoice which shows up as unpaid and when I click it I can only pay that one, I can't upgrade it or anything, how can I do it?
