How do I update Sonarr?

Hello,

It seems that when I try to update Sonarr it is prevented due to the startup folder not being writable by user. Is there a way to allow updates?

All our apps in the v2 slots (if you just bought your slot, you have a v2 slot) are being autoupdated once per day. There is no need to manually update them
