Everything is in the title, i wonder how associate my Transmission client whit my seedbox ?

I am afraid i do not quite understand what you mean. Maybe you should try to open a support ticket about it, and explain in detail what you want to do. A seedbox is a torrent client on a server. If you have a torrent client somewhere else, what is the point on getting a seedbox then ?
