How to Move Downloaded Files of a Certain Type to Dropbox Automatically

Good Morning

I am looking for a means of copying completed audiobooks and ebooks to my Dropbox that is set up through seedbucket so that my wife can easily download them. Can anyone give some direction on the best way to do this?
