ISO creation

Hi, is there a way to create an .iso file starting from a file and/or folder?
If not, would be really great to implement this feature because (in my case) I've noticed an important degrade on my Drive 'cause there is a lot of files inside movie folders (.vob, .bup, .ifo, etc...).
