Jackett stops periodically?

This is a strange one... every so often, Jacket stops working. Neither the API not the web interface are available, so I assume it isn't running at all. Using 'Restart' from the 'Installable Apps' tab brings it right back. I haven't noticed any particular pattern to it.

I'd file a ticket, but honestly, that's very little to go on. 'It breaks sometimes' isn't much help. But I am curious if anyone else is seeing this?
