My seed box isn’t working

HI FRIENDS

I AM NEW TO SEEDBOX CC. i have got a bew seedbox bat last week . things were fine . Suddenly my seed box stopped working and I couldn’t login to my current a suddenly my seed box stopped working and I couldn’t login to my rutorrent as well as my Plex server it saying Bad server response . I raised a ticket but there is no response for the past 12 hours so any help would be great
