Ombi - Import Plex Users

Good Day

Anyone having luck importing Plex users into Ombi. I can import on a local server, but doesn't work on the hosted server.

I had a simmilar issue. I kicked lots of things, (restarted the application, logged out and back in, re-connected it to plex) and somewhere along the lines it worked again.
