Please explain the "Traffic"

I am new in the world of seedbox. Can someone explain what is the meaning of "traffic" here? I downloaded 128GB in 2 days into my server and from it around 50 GB downladed into my PC. Now my traffic is showing 93 GB. I have 2 TB limitation. Is it enough for a nomal usage in a single month? Please somebody epxlain.
