Plex - Not available outside your network

I'm trying to enable remote access to my Plex server so I can connect to it from home via the Plex API and download some of the metadata about my library.

To do this I need to enable remote access but when I turned it on on the remote access tab it says "Not available outside your network. Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network."

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Hi!
Please ignore this message. The fact that you can see your server settings means that you can connect to your server.
We utilize a reverse proxy for our setup (that the plex server cannot see) and assumes that you are not connectable.
Just ignore the error message (and don't change any network settings!), your plex server is working fine, as intended.
This is intentional in our setup.
