Plex Sharing

Would any of the seedboxes available be capable of running around 20 plex shared users with transcoding enabled? If so, which seedbox would you recommend?

It depends if they're all using it at once ever... If so you'd probably need the top-teir plan for that many transcodes.
If you're using google drive to stream you content, you're also going to run into issues with that much bandwidth.

If that's just how many users you have total, and they won't use it at the same time, vampire or zombie are probably fine.

As a side note, if you want to cut down on transcodes during peak usage, I recommend either downloading your media in a format that works with direct play on most devices, or creating an 'optimized' version in the plex server.
