Can Zombie Box handle 3-4 Plex users streaming at the same time ?:-)

This is a very generic question and can't be directly answered without providing further information.
It really depends on whether transcoding needs to be done or not, and if yes, it depends on the content's resolution + codecs + video bitrate etc.
