plex transcoding issues

hy i have plex transcoding issues on my samsung tv. if I play the file in the original play most of the time.But as soon as I want to transcode it, for example, in 4 mbps comes unknown_error (0) (avplay). had in advance another seedbox where I did not have this problem. can you fix that ??
