Problem connecting to my seedbox with Filezilla

I've been happily using Filezilla for a couple of years now with my seedbox but today it won't connect.

I'm getting Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".

I've changed nothing and I've also tried reinstalling and setting up Filezilla with no success.

Any ideas please?
