Hello,
Can you share the Prowlarr settings?

How to connect Sonarr and Radarr to Prowlarr.

Can you share your proxy settings?

Can you share the client settings?

Hi!
We can't share those settings as they are -frankly- too many. Why do you want those settings?
You could of course login to prowlarr and see them yourself - it comes already preconfigured to work with our platform.
If you experience any kind of issues, you should open a ticket from your client area so we can assist you.

For connecting those apps to Prowlarr (substitute word in caps with your seedbox username) :

radarr server: https://USERNAME-radarr.cloud.seedboxes.cc
sonarr server: https://USERNAME-sonarr.cloud.seedboxes.cc
API Key: You get it from Sonarr/radarr Settings -> General

Generally speaking, you should use the following credentials for connecting apps:
Host: USERNAME-APP.cloud.seedboxes.cc (or https://USERNAME-APP.cloud.seedboxes.cc)
Port: 443 (if needed)
SSL: Yes (if there is a choice for selecting it)
API Key: Settings -> General
Again, substitute the words in caps with the corresponding ones
