Radarr and rtorrent download folder

Is there a way that I can setup rtorrent to take anything added from radarr (which always gets auto labeled as "radarr") to be put into a separate download directory and not just the base one set up in rtorrent settings? I would like it to be initially downloaded to that separate folder and remain there where it can seed, not moved/copied there after completed.
