Rotterdam VPN Servers refuse to connect?

Hello,

I have been using Seedboxes.cc for about a year now, mainly the Plex server and VPN services. A recurring problem I have noticed is that I will have no trouble logging into the Rotterdam VPN servers, but any site I try to go to will not load. Looking at the console, the server is only sending at max like 400 bytes/s (compared to the Frankfurt VPN server I'm on right now, which will send upwards of 1MB/s).
This problem has happened to me on both my iPhone and computer (macOS Monterey 12.3). Usually, the problem will resolve itself within a week or so, but I have not been able ot access Rotterdam-imp or Rotterdam-sphinx for quite some time. This is mainly an issue because I rely on the Rotterdam-sphinx IP to log into an IP-locked account on a separate site. I am happy to provide any OpenVPN info or logs if need be.
