Hello!
You need to connect via SSH (or SFTP) to your seedbox and place the plugins at "/home/user/.www/rutorrent/plugins/" path.
Don't forget to restart your seedbox and refresh your browser afterwards so the plugins can be activated.
If you need assistance, please open a support ticket from your client area.
please advise on the matter as soon as possible,
i also have a tickect regarding this matter since 10hours ago but no one responded to the ticket #PI-634286
also the ticket doesnt show on my dashboard under

As for the ticket not showing at your dashboard, this is most probably a browser cache issue and/or a browser extension interfering. Try opening your dashboard in an incognito/private window and you should be able to see it.
