seedboxes.cc VPN is still showing my location

When I'm trying to access particular sites with my Seedbox VPN on, I get an access denied screen, blocking me from accessing the pages. Then my internet turns off, saying no connection. My Network status shows my VPN Public network not secure. If i turn off the seedbox VPN my internet says connected.
Is my VPN no longer useful
