seedbucket plex and gdrive encryption

Hello guys i need some help. I currently followed how to sync plex server with seedbucket, everything went well my question is i encrypted the whole drive and im transfering files from seedbox to gdrive the only thing is that plex is not picking up the file. Could it be since its encrypted plex doesnt pick up any files or is that im not setting things correctly. Lets say plex doesnt have that option on reading encrypted files would it be safe to just save them as is with the possibilty of google checking it. What would be the safest method besides downloading files to your local computer and keeping everything on the cloud.
