Seedbucket will not accept log in details

Seedbucket will not accept the login credentials that are provided

Browse to "my client area". Select "manage seedbox". Select "your login credentials". Browse to seedbucket. Enter credentials. "Unauthorized. This server could not verify that you are authorized ..."

I've tried different browsers and restarting the seedbox
