Seeding recently downloaded torrent requires seedbox restart

Team - any idea why seeding a file back to either IPTorrents or TorrentLeech upon finishing leeching requires a seedbox restart? I use Sonar/Radar/Jacket, and the torrents download as expected, but won't reseed. Am I missing a setting or a configuration?
