Share files?

What would be the best way to temporary share files without giving your Seedbox logins to someone? I would like to share some files that I'm hosting but I can see many options to setup say a different login or a temporary one, are there any installable apps which will help do this?

I would also like to know the best option for temporarily hosting large files for someone to download without giving someone my seedbox log in.

Example good way to share video files is PLEX, you can share some parts of your library or all. They will need to create own account where you share it.
