Shared IP?

Hi,

I've just been banned by a tracker because " your account being linked to DDL uploader" "It's the seedbox IP" so I am trying to understand since I never uploaded anything. Is the IP of my seedbox shared with someone else? Anyone else has access to my seedbox? Please let me know ASAP.
