sick mp4 automator or Tdarr

Hi,,

I would like to encode my files from mkv to mp4 after downloading. I've seen that it's possible to use the console in ssh, and therefore allow the use of personal scripts. Could you tell me if the use of mp4 automator or Tdarr is allowed?
