Slow Downloads speed

My download speed as significantly dropped. Maxing out at 459kbit/s.

Using SFTP vias Filezilla
Speed test attached..https://speedtest.seedboxes.cc/results/

Ideas?

Hi!
I have edited your message for security reasons since you were giving away your public IP.

If you haven't done so already, please open a ticket from your client area so our technicians can assist you.

For the record, try changing to another upstream or use another app to see if that helps. And also, you should be using FTP instead of SFTP as that protocol is faster for transferring files, especially if you use multi-segment downloading
