socks5 proxy?

I would like to use youtube-dl on my seedbox to talk to a service that's geo-restricted to the UK. Ideally I would like to not have to pay for access to another SOCKS5 proxy service just for this. Is there a SOCKS5 proxy available from my seedboxes.cc VPN service? Or is there any other way to do this without paying for a separate proxy?
