Sonarr Nyaa Indexer Edit

Hi this is probably the wrong place to submit this, but wanted to know how I can update Sonarr Nyaa indexer to change the URL parameter.

Currently the URL parameter on line 75 of Sonarr Github uses the &term= parameter and I looking to change this to q= as nyaa.si users another API than the orginal nyaa.se

I am not looking to rebuild the code, but was hoping there was a configuration file to complete this task.
