Stop Rutorrent from automatically pausing torrents on completion

Any torrent I add automatically gets paused on completion, and I don't know how to fix it. It doesn't matter if Sonarr/Radarr adds it, or if I add it manually. I do have Autotools set to copy torrents with specific labels on completion, but even ones without those labels get paused. I've tried using hard links with that as well, and it does nothing.

Does anyone have advice?
