Support Ticket

I've raised a support ticket, but have received no answer and also it shows that I have no support tickets live so i'm wondering if you have seen it?

Hello!
Our ticketing system is not experiencing any kind of issues.
Try to clear out your browser's cache or disable the browser extensions as they might interfere.
Or just open up an incognito (private) window and check again your client area for tickets.
If you still can't find any, try creating a new ticket (from that open incognito window) and check if you can see it now.
