the speed come more bad

when i use the seedbucket to download torrent from varity websites the speed was so perfect and I upload more and more of movies and tv show

but now in rutorrent the speed came more bad and slow like 1mb and sometimes it become below than 1mb even when i want to transfer to google drive it give me 0 bytes for transfer

If you haven't done so, could you please open a support ticket from your client area so our network technicians can assist you?

I talked with them and they say they switched from premium traffic to volume traffic how I return it back to a premium - by MRAK95 (about 4 years ago)

That indeed has become problem nowdays, speeds are horrible.
