Could you please be more specific?
Bear in mind, in order for Plex to see your files, you need to place content inside your "~/files/Plex/Movies" (for your Movies) and "~/files/Plex/TV" for your series. Plex will then be able to pick it up (or you could issue a library scan, depending on your plex settings).
You can use seedbucket for that or set apps like radarr/sonarr so this is done automatically.
