Upgrading

How to I upgrade my plan, Do I need to sign up again or just contact support? I don't want a second box, i just need to upgrade my first one. TIA

Hello!
You need to send a support ticket via your client area to sales department, stating the plan you wish to upgrade to.
Of course all of your files and settings will be preserved, but there will be some downtime in order for the files to be copied over during the migration.
